Eva Shepard serves as the Clinical Director at Mountain View Retreat (MVR), a New Hampshire addiction treatment center dedicated to helping individuals recover from Substance Use Disorder. With experience in the field of substance use and mental health since 2012, Eva brings strong clinical leadership and a deep commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care for individuals seeking recovery.

Eva holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master of Science in Addiction Studies from the International Program of Addiction Studies, and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New England College. She is a Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (MLADC) and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC).

As Clinical Director, Eva oversees the clinical programming at Mountain View Retreat’s drug and alcohol rehab in New Hampshire, ensuring that clients receive individualized treatment for substance use disorders, alcohol addiction, and co-occurring mental health conditions. She works closely with the clinical team to develop effective treatment plans, facilitate therapeutic programming, and support long-term recovery outcomes.

Eva is passionate about the mission of Mountain View Retreat and is dedicated to helping clients from New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and across New England access meaningful, evidence-based addiction treatment and mental health support.
