Jolene is a New Hampshire addiction counselor (LADC) at Mountain View Retreat, providing substance abuse counseling in NH for men and women across diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community. Her approach integrates person-centered care, solution-focused therapy, and existential principles, helping clients build meaning, resilience, and sustainable recovery.
Since April 2025, Jolene has served as lead IOP therapist in the Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), implementing evidence-based curriculum and facilitating psychoeducational groups. She supports clients in strengthening communication skills, relapse prevention strategies, motivation, and personal empowerment as they reintegrate into family, work, and life responsibilities.
Jolene brings over eight years of professional addiction treatment experience and 13 years in personal recovery, having worked in detox and high-intensity residential programs. She holds Associate Degrees in Human Services and Addiction Counseling and is completing a BS in Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health, graduating in October 2026.
Outside work, she enjoys nature, spirituality, and the cosmos, and cherishes time with her family and partner by the ocean.
